TPO, PVC, TORCHON
Fully heat welded waterproofing solutions for above ground situations like roofs, internal gutters, balconies, decks, canopies. Applied to new concrete and plywood substrates. In some situations, a new membrane can be mechanically fixed or glued over the existing membrane. These membranes can also be installed on top of insulation to create a warm roof over existing roofing.

BELOW GROUND WATERPROOFING
We provide many solutions below ground to waterproof the footings the under slab and retaining walls of your building. Torchon, bentonite, single ply, peel and stick, liquid membranes, water stops between cold joints, liquid membranes for block walls.

DAMPPROOFING
Leaky basements and wall. Often this is caused by bad drainage ect or bad waterproofing application. Water coming through block walls and forcing lose paint and plaster. Damp basement floors. There are liquid membrane products that can be applied to remedy these issues, stop the leaks or dampness coming through to the inside of the building.

JOINT SEALING
Taurus Waterproofing applies joint sealant to a high finish in many different scenarios. Both smaller and larger projects. Precast concrete panels, sealant over joints in concrete slabs, outside and in trafficable factory floors. Small sealant jobs on residential addresses, schools.
 
We also undertake the inspection, removal and reapplication of failing sealants.

LIQUID MEMBRANES
We apply liquid membranes under tiles on podiums and stairs, under decks and around doorway and window reveals. Breezeways and balconies broadcasted with sand for a non-slip high finish. High strength long lasting fibreglass reinforced membrane systems over existing waterproofing membrane, or onto new substrate. As well as liquid membranes over the one existing to extend the membranes lifespan.

WARM ROOFING
Taurus Roofing can install a warm roof over the existing roof, First making the surface flat with a filler like polystyrene, then an insulation layer and a waterproofing membrane installed over the top.  Insulation on the entire roof structure keeps all the components in the roof space at the same temperature. Therefore, there is reduced thermal bridging which prevents heat loss from the living room. Houses with warm roofs are less expensive to keep warm than those with cold roofs.
